Iraqi Orphans Help Build Shoe-Throwing Monument


The director of the orphanage noted that they will be praying to the shoe five times a day. For all the good it will do them.

Alas, it was taken down the next day. It was made of fiberglass rather than bronze, but at least they got to make their point.
